Why people drive to us
Most of what arrives here is a Gulf-market engine that has run out of thermal headroom, or a file somebody else wrote badly.
The short answer
Binary Blitz reads every vehicle in the software its manufacturer wrote, Xentry and Vediamo for Mercedes-Benz, ISTA+ and E-Sys for BMW, ODIS for Volkswagen and Audi, SDD and Pathfinder for Jaguar Land Rover, IDS and FDRS for Ford, Techstream for Toyota, HDS for Honda and Consult III for Nissan, then calibrates on Alientech hardware, which writes the ECU the way its maker intended and gives an interrupted write a recovery path. Your original factory file is read out and stored before anything else happens, so the vehicle can go back to standard at no charge whenever you want it. Performance jobs are timed on a Dragy Pro on the same road, on the same day, on the same tank of fuel, once on the stock file and once on the tuned file. Typical gains are 15 to 30 percent on a forced induction engine and 5 to 12 percent on a naturally aspirated one, and neither figure is a guarantee.

The manufacturer's own software
Mercedes-Benz on Xentry and Vediamo, BMW on ISTA+ and E-Sys, Volkswagen and Audi on ODIS, Jaguar Land Rover on SDD and Pathfinder, Ford on IDS and FDRS, Toyota and Lexus on Techstream, Honda on HDS, Nissan on Consult III. A generic reader is only obliged to show emissions codes, which is a fraction of the vehicle.
Keys and clusters, not just calibration
Key programming including rolling code, and all keys lost. Instrument clusters repaired on the bench and programmed to the car afterwards, which is the step that decides whether you get a working dashboard back.
Camera aim after the glass moves
A forward camera is bracketed to the windscreen, so a screen replacement moves it and nothing warns you. ADAS calibration puts verified mounting angles back into the module, and the same applies after suspension work, a tyre size change or an accident repair.
Software work comes to the car
Coding, module programming, key programming and a diagnostic read need a laptop rather than a lift, so they can run where the vehicle is parked, villa driveway included. Bench repair, gearbox work and static camera calibration need a level floor and go to a partner workshop.
A bad write, or a dead module
We read and write on Alientech hardware with a live subscription, so a write that drops halfway has a way back and a rejected checksum can be corrected. Where the module is genuinely dead, we clone it: immobiliser data, VIN and configuration read off the original and written to a donor, on ECUs and TCUs alike, so the car accepts the replacement.
Your factory file, kept
The original calibration is read out and stored before anything is written. Putting the ECU back to standard costs nothing, for as long as we hold that file.
Two to four hours, or 24 to 48
Stage 1 software takes two to four hours with the vehicle in the bay at a partner workshop. What pushes a job to 24 to 48 hours is hardware: an intercooler or headers to fit, a module to read on the bench, or a file posted in and returned.
Measured on the road
Dragy Pro passes before and after, run in a single day on one stretch of road and one tank of fuel, with the ECU logging boost, lambda, intake air temperature and timing correction. Both sets of data go home with you.
Calibrated for 45°C
The intake-air-temperature correction is continuous, so the ECU starts trimming timing long before the intake reaches 45°C and keeps going as it climbs. We reshape those tables and move the fan switch-on points so the third run up the dune matches the first.
Fleets, plant and trade files
Fleet maps for taxis, vans and trucks, DPF and AdBlue programming for Mercedes, Fuso and SANY plant, and files sent in by other workshops to be read, repaired and returned.
Anything with an ECU
Cars, 4x4s, trucks, buses, JCB and construction plant, agricultural machinery, generators, marine engines and jet skis. Modules can come in on their own, so a genset ECU arrives without the generator behind it.
WhatsApp, during workshop hours
The bay runs 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 16:00 at weekends. Send the make, model, year and engine code on WhatsApp and you get a straight answer on what the file will do to it.
Who this suits
A calibration takes three to four hours of bench and road time per vehicle. It is worth knowing in advance whether yours is a good candidate.
What this is good for
- Large-displacement Gulf-market 4x4s that go soft once the intake air heats up.
- Owners who have already had a cheap flash and are now chasing a checksum error or a limp mode.
- Anyone with a dealer visit or a sale coming, because the factory file goes back on at no charge.
- Fleet operators counting fuel and fines, where a 120 km/h limiter and a smoother throttle map beat a bigger number.
What this is not for
- Vehicles still inside a powertrain warranty. Modified software can be grounds for a claim being refused, and going back to stock does not reinstate cover for damage done while the vehicle was modified.
- Naturally aspirated engines expecting more than 5 to 12 percent. That band moves with hardware, not with a file.
- Anyone who needs a certified power figure on paper. What we hand over is timing data and ECU logs.
