Your map was signed off in cooler air
A factory calibration has to suit every market it ships to. On a 45°C day the charge leaving the intercooler is hotter still, and the ECU keeps trimming ignition timing to stay out of knock. That is why the third run up the dune is slower than the first. On a diesel the same heat costs fuelling.
We rewrite the intake-temperature and fan tables so the correction starts later and recovers sooner. The logs from your own vehicle decide where those thresholds land.

A Dragy-timed 0-100 km/h, then a 60-140 km/h roll in the same gear so the result is not decided by how well someone launched. Boost, lambda, intake air temperature, timing correction and knock retard log through every pass.
