Remote Assistance at a glance
If the vehicle cannot come to a bay, the session can come to the vehicle. We work over TeamViewer and dedicated remote tools with whoever has the car in front of them, usually another workshop.
What this cannot do is diagnose from nothing. A vehicle in the bay gets a full fault scan before anything is written. Over a remote session we are working from what your own log shows us, so the quality of the log sets the quality of the answer. Every case is evaluated and quoted on its own.
